"White Room" by Amit Dolev

Colder and slower I feel life drifting away,
I now just wish to see light of day.
If only I had the strength to stay,
I’d stand-up open my eyes and say...

Though I look, I cannot see.
Though I listen, I won’t hear.
My mouth opens, my tongue is weak,
I want to open me lies and speak.

My lungs aren’t mine, my heartbeat’s dead,
The sound of machinery drives my mad.
The signs (sighs) of life are starting to fade,
In the eyes of my mind I stood up and said...

In a white room on my back I lay,
Angel’s wings, they show me the way.
Seems like reality is turning to gray,
So I open my eyes and to god I say:
Let me see the sunrise today... Let me see the sunrise today
